My partner and I were referred to Russ by our realtor, and from the start he was one of the most professional and accommodating folks I've ever worked with in the finance / lending space. He spent an hour on the phone with us before we had committed to anything giving us advice on a complicated purchase we were considering, and ran more numbers for us than is reasonable for any lender to have to pull (read: seriously, there were a *lot* of quotes, and he pulled them all without missing a beat). If you're looking at doing a fixed-rate mortgage, Vista's rates are definitely competitive, and there's a big advantage to going with a boutique lender who will take the time to interact with you on a human level instead of one of the giant banks that will sell your loan up the river in 45 pieces to the highest / lowest bidder. Even though we didn't end up using Vista for our loan (another loan made sense for us given our unique situation), I give them 10 out of 10, and have taken the time to sit down and write this review because Russ was beyond incredible.
