I had to print my architectural portfolio along with some resume copies and I had some very specific requirements of how the printed material should look like, what thickness of paper to use, what kind of printing finish surface on covers and what type of binding. They were extremely nice to print it right away while I was waiting on the spot, discussed all the specification details straight from the begging, gave me a very reasonable price, and went many extra miles to ensure that I was happy with the final printed material.
