This business ruined the computer components in my car costing over $6000 . The owner rode in the passengers seat of my car to take me home before detailing then drove my car back to shop. It had no warning lights or issues. About an hour later I got a call they could not do my car. I suspected something was wrong and when I came back to get my car NUEROUSvblights were on! That was unfortunately the vibe I got here. Confidence in your business is great, but arrogance toward potential customers is not. A little humility and courtesy would go a long way. After leaving a whole chicken in our truck for a week, our whole interior was totally disgusting. It was full of flies, literally hundreds. The smell was horrific. Visual Perfection went above and beyond to clean our truck. They worked with our insurance and got the carpet and a rear seat replaced. I took my 2015 Toyota Camry to Visual Perfection last week, and waited about 45 minutes while they cleaned it. When they told me it was ready, I was flabbergasted! All of the dust and schmutz from the interior was gone! I'd moved from my apartment to my house in that car, and the items from the garden left the leather pretty banged up, but it looked as good as new! There was only a small dusty spot on the dash that they missed, but the car looked brand new. The windows were super clean. Yay! I can see (really key when you are driving). They even managed to minimize some rather bad dings on my doors. I recommended them to my friend who let them clean her car, and they even delivered the car back to her at work! These guys picked up AND delivered my Dodge Neon to me. I had carried two (2!) pugs in it for 3 years. Pugs shed 12 months a year....There was pug hair in every nook and crannie and carpet fiber in that interior. I tried vacuuming it myself; that pug hair would not budge. The upholstery was fabric too..... there was pug hair all over the dash and steering wheel, down in the crack between windshield and dash. I did not expect a perfect job, but that is what I got. I could not believe that I could not see a pug hair in that car anywhere. They even did the trunk! The exterior looked like a new dime and the wheels looked like different wheels, new ones. It was a different car. The price was exceptional for the amount of work and number of hrs. they had to put into that car. I am ready to send them another one, a Hyundai SUV, in the same shape.
