Reasonable price compared to out of town services. I paid less than others. All weeds were gone for the year.

We stopped in to get supplies for our garden and we were very happy with our service at the store…read more I thought their prices were very reasonable and they had a good selection of seeds -- available in bulk if you needed! They also answered several of our questions, which we greatly appreciated. They're busy in their greenhouses right now, so they have a number for you to call when you arrive so they can meet you in the store. But they do have three cats to keep you company while you're waiting! The gentleman does not wear a mask, which did make me uncomfortable. I would have liked for them to adhere to COVID precautions in order to keep their customers safe! That's the only reason for four stars, other than that I was happy with my visit.

My favorite is to mix their green tea and hibiscus tea to create a nice blend. During the winter months Progreens also has a nice alternative to a Christmas tree that is affordable. You can buy a three foot evergreen tree and plant the tree after the winter months instead of cutting down a tree. Being the person I am I hate the idea of cutting down a tree just for decor but the idea of planting a tree instead is such an awesome idea. As far as plants and gardening material there is a wide selection to choose from. They have also recently started to get a wide variety of GMO free plants. My family has purchased cherry trees, apple trees and other garden essentials from Progreen. I would highly recommend someone who is looking for local food or garden selection to take a look inside.

If you love cacti, air plants and succulents then it is well worth the trip to visit their greenhouses. Many unique botanicals for your collection. Extensive herb collection too! Today I three different types of lavender, twelve different mints and so many other great choices. Herbs are 3 for $9 or 18 for $45. It was difficult to just get three today but I will be back for more. I also got 50 strawberry plants for $20. DEAL!! Plenty of things purchased for this year's garden. Seeds can be purchased in small quantities and I live that because I work with a raised bed garden. Tools, pots, statuary, mulch, planters are abundant. Design service and ideas also available. Everything full services !! Located at the intersection of Ladoga Rd and CR 500S, near Nucor and south of Crawfordsville. A long withstanding Montgomery County business and community asset.

Secondly, their plants ALWAYS have pests. Whiteflies, mealies, aphids, thrips.... you name it. They do the bare minimum to deal with it and if you mention the pests, they tell you to shop elsewhere. Also, their turn-over rate of employees is suspicious (back to point one). In conclusion, don't shop here. I hear there is new ownership, so who knows, maybe things will turn around?
