This company is a scam! They pose as the government, but they are not! Don't order from them. They charged me $85 to retrieve my birth certificate and said it would take 20-25 business days. Not only did they wait a week to order the document, I am still waiting a month later. I believed they were the government. When I went to the provincial website I discovered the document only costed $35 directly from the government and only took 5 business days. Total scam artists. read more

Took weeks for anyone to reply to my calls and emails. They refuse to refund. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this service. Ordered a death certificate April 22, 2020 I called a few times leaving voice-mails. None of my calls were returned. More than 6 months later they've now disconnected their phone number and I'm out $80 for an overpriced certificate I NEVER RECEIVED. I also got scammed, really wish I read these reviews first. I gave them all the required information they asked for, content that it might take a bit longer than normal for the order to be completed. They asked for more information and indicated in an email "Your vital record request will be on hold until we hear from you". Then without any further notice my order was cancelled due to the time limit on their privacy policy. I understand why they can only keep information for a limited time, but telling me it was on hold indefinitely, and then their customer service representative refusing to acknowledge that, is misleading at best and fraudulent at worst. read more

This company is a scam. Their web site, on the surface, suggests you are dealing with Gov't. In fact once I realized I had been scammed out of $129 I went back to there site and in fact it does have disclaimers stating they are a 3rd party agency, however this info is well hidden. Spoke with 2 of their gals yesterday and a supervisor called today. They indicated they would refund the actual government charges and cancel the transaction , but not their $129 agency fee. Just goes to show you that you can not take anything at face value. Beware of this company, they make their money on the ignorance of others. read more
