Disappointed! I'm…read morenot one to leave reviews, but Dr. Nathan Webb did not leave a good impression with me. It was my first visit with him as a new patient at Center for Natural Medicine, and I had to take off work to make the appointment, after waiting for weeks. Due to my busy day at work and traffic issues, I was 7 minutes late to my 1-hour appointment. I brought all the necessary paperwork that had been emailed to me and it was filled out prior to my arrival. I was ready to go when I walked in. Dr. Webb then handed me more paperwork to fill out after I arrived. I'm now repeating the same information onto more forms for the third time, which I've already stated twice before on the previous forms. After filling this paperwork out and handing it to Dr. Webb, we're now 15 minutes into my 1-hour appointment and he tells me he's not going to see me and that I'll have to make another appointment (weeks out) because it's too late. I explained to him there's plenty of time left to get done what we can and that I'm also a busy working professional with responsibilities and obligations, and I did the best I could to get there on time. I provided all the completed paperwork that had been emailed to me. He did not care. He said "Bro, you were late..." I explained to him that, at this point, we still had 45 minutes left. Again, he refused to see me. I explained to Dr. Webb that I was obviously upset, after having waited for weeks and taken the time to fill out all the forms, then take off work, rush to drive 13 miles to his office, and then be denied medical treatment when my time was still scheduled and available. His response was a calm and condescending, "You don't have to come back." After an already busy and difficult day, that was the last thing I was prepared to hear. In the end, it's his business and he can choose to treat people however he wants and deny service if he so chooses; however, I found it unprofessional and lacking empathy for a community he says he seeks to serve. Apparently, Dr. Webb doesn't need the business.
