When you enter, the rental mailboxes line the length of the back of the space. To the right, associates will be standing behind the register/service station counter. The selection of packing materials - envelopes, tape, pens, markers, etc. - will be to the right, too. The specialist who helped me on Thursday (Milly) was friendly, professional, and walked me through the shipping process smoothly. If you're in the area and need to go to UPS, I think this is a good location.

I did not even have to negotiate the price with him, because it was a lot better than I had estimated. We had several changes throughout the process, including adding pages to the journal. Isa did not miss a beat and was able to accommodate everything we needed and still keep competitive pricing. When a co-worker and I went to look at the journal proof, we only had one slight change, and it was because one of their machines was down. They still weren't done. I was told he was too busy to do it today, and could do it tomorrow. I would have to leave them there, but not know what it cost until after he boxed it. Of course I said no and said I have to use someone else. He said OK and helped me leave with the paintings and said have a nice day. I've used this place before, and they do a decent job, but it takes entirely too long to finish a transaction and they don't really care if they have your business or not. They supposedly do picture restorations and I have several pictures I am restoring, but I will take my business to the camera store in Midland Park. I will also take my shipping needs somewhere else. It was a total waste of my time today. There are too many businesses in the area who actually want your business so why spend all of this time with a business that is mismanaged.
