Went to the store for a drop off. It's a small store, little bit messy but has all sorts of services including printing, packaging, shredding and rental mailboxes. Super friendly staff, had some nice interactions with the person at the counter. Got a confirmation receipt for my package and was on my way out within a minute. read more

I've used the UPS Store on River Street many times. i must give a review to the store manager, Drew. Drew knows what he's doing and treats his customers with respect and will make sure you're always taken care of. His professional, energetic and positive attitude will definitely make you feel great and leaves you leaving the store in a great mood. I have used this store many times to ship Amazon and other pkgs. During todays visit, I was told there was a $1 charge for a strip of tape to close my Amazon box. The young lady at the counter said her boss told her to charge a dollar. This is crazy and unheard of at any other UPS shipping location. I will not use this location and will notify Amazon to alert their customers not to use this location. I walked out of the store and will never do business with them again. read more

I've only been here to drop off pre-paid packages so far but have never had any issues. There is one guy that is always there and he is super friendly and accommodating. Also, I saw the other day that they will even tape up the package for you if you bring an open box with all of the necessary labels, which is a nice service if you're ever in a rush or don't have packing tape at home. From my experience waiting on line and other customers being helped with more complex issues, I would say this is a pretty good UPS store. There are only two registers which means that only two people can be assisting customers at a time. I would imagine it gets busy during peak hours because of this. read more

The day I went, there was a girl that told me it was okay to drop off a package for USPS since everyday they go and pick up mail/packages for them. Long story short, they lost my package and won't take responsibility, how convenient that the security cameras only record up to 7 days..? Staff was a little fishy about the whole situation and blamed me for dropping off the package to their location. 10/10 if you want your shipment to "disappear" magically. read more

Ups is too expensive. I went here and told the guy I had my own packing materials and he insisted on using there's. They charged me $28 to ship a small box. I told them I can't do it and they refused to refund me on the packaging. I went to the post office instead and they were much less to ship. I will never go back to ups again and I hope this store shuts down like all the others in my area. read more

Don't ever come to this UPS store! I had an awful experience there sending a green card to my mom in Russia. She was supposed to get it in 2-3 days. They send it improperly, so after 3 weeks!!!! it came back to me. Their "excuse" was: " We did not know the policy" and they refused to refund me the money. The staff said that my problem is nothing comparing to someone's $2400 package they had lost recently and laughed! The staff was absolutely incompetent and irresponsible. I paid $105 and did not receive the service. First of all, instead of sending it as a document they sent it as a package. And they did not know that the package has to be sent with the invoice and only from a company to a company ( not from a person to another person). That's why the green card came back. Totally their fault! So I had to contact Department of Public Safety and file a complaint in order to get a refund from them. After 2 months and a lot of hassle and frustration I got my money back. P.S. I sent the green card via Fedex after all without any problems. My mom got it in 3 days. read more
