Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. For one reasonable price Michael fixed the issues I was having, plus did a complete tune up on my machine, installed new software I needed to update and pointed out and fixed some problems I did not know I had. All in a timely way. A week or so later I was having a different problem and called again. For no additional cost the issue was remotely solved. Any issues that came up within 14 days of service were covered. I paid less than I thought I'd have to pay and was very pleased with the service I received. Glad I found them.
