This store/small business is fantastic. Happened to stumble on it -- so glad we did. The owner is very knowledgeable about vitamins and supplements. They have an array of products, including raw milk. We will be shopping at this business every week. Note: There's several negative reviews, mostly from the "Covid" time period. I just walked into this store for the first time to get some aloe juice and talk about some more remedies I am interested in and as soon as I walked in the lady looked me and my daughter up and down with disgust! She saw that I caught her and said "oh I'm sorry"... (and something about uniforms) but I was walking out to fast to hear her. I've never been looked at like that in my life.. felt like a "Pretty Woman" moment for sure. I could have been a great valued customer! Bought some protein chips from these folks. First, it took forever for them to "get them in" then they cancelled my order CLAIMING that it wasn't available, I went back to the website and they have the exact same chips, in the same quantity, but they are charging $8 MORE than they charged me. I've shopped here for over a year and generally I like them. But today (11/13/2020) I stopped by to get some things and the woman at the register wasn't wearing a face mask, and when I asked her about it she looked at me like she didn't understand my problem that she wasn't wearing one. Been here many times with my daughter and really enjoyed it good products and good prices with usually good customer service. But today 06/21/2021 the person working made it kinda crappy. First I asked a question about a product I guess they didn't have.okay. so continued looking for and at other products as well as my daughter who is an adult. As we're looking I sense him watching.okay. I also seen the person go to the area me and my daughter we're after we left the isle. Suspicious. I decided to leave empty handed feeling uncomfortable just to have the person stop us and ask if we put the item back.so suspicious of us the whole time there then accused of taking something? False advertisement (by omission) leading a consumer to believe they had both items I ordered in stock. After over a month without permission they sent me double of one item (a six year supply) and none of the other. They did bill my credit card in full the day the order was placed. I checked with the Post office because they charged a hefty $13.99 shipping fee, turns out they made an additional $6.04 profit on shipping. As far as returns, they found this COVID thing as a good excuse not to accept returns by that token they should not make sales. I see someone posted that they ware masks and gloves (good photo op) but did the folks that produced the product itself, the containers, the container labels and the package materials all ware masks or is this a clever excuse not to refund customers money. I went today for first time in 4 years or so .. as i live out if area but have business in orcutt santa maria. Immediate sincere greeting and obvious look of. ' i live and live this job and how can i help.. and by the way . Im really excited to keep learning. Im not sure her name , but she is manager. We talked in length about healing mechanisms and i was guided to explanations about bone broth id been a little leary about. its a great product . I walked in looking for my monthly resupply. I've been in before, but they were out of my normal vitamin (not unusual). They said they could transfer it the past, but that never seemed to happen.
