(we went to the one on Steeles & Alness) The staff absolutely loves kids, and has a very high level of experience. They go above and beyond for the kids and families. The teachers have been there forever, showing that they have truly built a great community and staff. My oldest still comes by to say hello because of how much she loves the staff. The food is healthy and carefully prepared by their amazing on-site cook. There is a great program for education that is heads above most daycares that are glorified babysitters. The facility is always clean, fresh, and full of positive energy. They are a standalone building with strict safety protocols and a large dedicated outdoor playground. The staff is highly responsive and responsible. They know each parent and child by name. As someone that deeply values building little kids up (mind, body, and soul) this place does a wonderful job, and anyone would be lucky to have their kids go to this daycare. This was still during the pandemic so we were quite lucky to get a spot. We still felt sad when our toddler will cry for us when we left, but with time, she grew to love the place! She has always been excited to see her friends here. We have kept in touch with some and still have playdates. Debra is the director there and has always been since we started here, we trust her 110% to hire the best and trustworthy teachers for our kid and do activities to keep their learning enriched. Debra is friendly and open to chat and answer any questions or concerns. Debra will also do nice things for the community like collect things when we gave some books to a family who lost their home in a fire. We have had some great teachers, shout out to Miss Ayesha!

I know my kids have a love for the classroom setting thanks to you guys :) It is also very clean, I loved the menus every week, and daily updates on the porch. The staff is genuinely friendly and nurturing who care about the wellbeing of ALL the children. They are well educated in the background of early childhood development and offer a program that fosters learning in children from infant to preschool. As an elementary school educator myself, it was important to find a daycare for my children that would encourage them to develop to their fullest potential. I believe, It All Begins Here Daycare provides an excellent atmosphere for children to grow through balanced learning, creativity and play. The food is amazing and nutritious. Ms. Trezzi provides us with weekly schedules of meal plans and she has beautiful, clean industrial kitchen where all meals are prepared on site. My boys have never come home hungry and the Daycare always provides a daily record for each child on what they ate, when and how much. They also provide daily information on how much sleep kids had during nap time and when they went to the bathroom. The classroom E.C.E. always takes a minute to provide feedback at the end of the day upon pick-up as to how their day went, and the detailed activity board always shows the exciting activities and centres the children participated in that day. Another thing I love best about It All Begins Here Daycare is the central location, but yet it backs on to a quiet neighbourhood. The back yard where the children play is beautifully enclosed by nature- not a busy street or parking lot. Even better, on those days when it's too cold or rainy- It All Begins Here has an amazing indoor heated gym where the kids can run around in. The gym is bright from all the natural light that enters through the windows and filled with amazing gross-motor play equipment. All the other daycare centers I had seen did not meet the standards of this facility. As a new mother I was skeptical about where I was going to leave my children at 12 months when I went back to work. I went to see many other daycares before choosing this one. From the minute I walked into It All Begins Here Daycare, I knew I had found the right place. Ms. Bianca and her staff have always been caring and accommodating. I like that they have an indoor running track - being a runner myself - which is especially useful in the winter, or even just as a better alternative than a treadmill. Otherwise, fairly standard gym area and never too crowded. There's also a pool, which you won't have at most other gyms. I'm personally into group classes since they keep me more motivated and interested than working out alone on a machine. Some really good classes and teachers. The only downside at times is if you just have a so-so teacher, since they're given license to plan the class. That can be an upside too if you have a really good teacher, but sometimes with other teachers you may not feel as challenged and/or feel a muscle group wasn't really targeted (at Goodlife, they have standardized classes which doesn't really matter who's teaching). I do enjoy that the group classes have a true 'group' feeling to them, and people will talk with each other. There's also a good balance of men in the group classes, so it isn't awkward like it often was a Goodlife in that sense. A huge value is having the family pass. The big payoff is once your child reaches 3, then they can be in child minding for free during your workout. The kids have options like a 2 story play structure, rather than just being a daycare-environment room. Most of the classes are included in the membership too, so our son has swimming lessons and multi-sports at no extra charge. This was the main reason we chose to join. Downside is the change area. It's very much like a public rec centre rather than a gym or a club with tiled floors, showers which take 2 minutes to get hot water and so on. There is a 'plus' area, which is more of a club environment. It has a steam room and whirlpool. I'd really love these, but it's literally a couple hundred extra dollars a year which is too much right now with a young family. Other gyms like Goodlife have a sauna for everyone, so I don't really like having to pay what is standard for most others. Only reason I can't give a 5 star, but I do really recommend this place.

I literally signed her up on the spot. She didn't want to leave and after coming with her on the first day for an hour, she pushed out the door, on her first full day and said, 'go Mama'. I've never seen her more comfortable before in an unfamiliar environment. I genuinely feel they have taken the best care of my daughter in the 1.5 years she attended. I feel like she got 1 on 1 time with teachers on a regular basis, she often came home with braids in her hair or her hair redone after a nap. She learned so much and grew leaps and bounds thanks to her caring teachers. Kate looked forward to pre-school everyday and it was emotional for both us when she graduated. My son will be going to Maple Seed Montessori as well in the coming year. Thanks for being a wonderful place for my child to learn and grow and a place I feel at ease taking them to, knowing they are well cared for.

Our daughter didn't have lunch and didn't pee at all for the first two days. The teacher told us this, but the office lady (one of the owners) said, "they all didn't eat in the first two days. " Finally we decided not to go with this one after the first two days. The office lady said they won't refund the one-month prepay (Just for two days!!!). She even thought of keeping our deposit. Worst experience at all. Be careful. This lady mentioned this day care as "business". She kept repeating "We cannot do business that way".
