Plus, this site only mentions Dr. Robinson. She asked if I had been there before. I said no. She asked for my name and D.O.B. I asked why she asked (since I had not been there before I knew she would not find me in their system). She said if I had been to see any doctor in the area they would not be able to see me. She also told me that the first appointment with him was telemedicine. What? So how is that going to help him see what is going on with me physically - like touching my stomach area? I am super disappointed after the wonderful reviews I read.

Thank God I found Dr Robinson who sent me to the Mayo Hospital In Florida, that's when I met Dr Bowers and they let me work out my own schedule and did tests back to back instead of running around like before to all kinds of doctors . Achalasia was healed but Dr Stephan Bowers forever grateful and when I got home he even supported me to tell the doctors to give me a test when they did not think throwing up blood and screaming the worst pain in my life just by drinking water was valid I got a GI tear and they wanted to send me home even after I showed them pictures of the blood of just one hospital tray but they said I wasn't Anemic from blood test enough ???????? What ? I have a tear ? I called Dr Bowers and he had the brains to tell them give her a endoscopic !! Then my other doctor on call demands who fixed me??? Then says " I can do it today but I want all the doctors eyes on you " Wow , even doctors came in to meet me or show me inventions As a woman in Fremont three one nice doctor out and said" she needs her rest" But he was a Happy Doctor wanting you help out patients in a whole different field . I've seen the Good , very good bed side manners And even doctors showing me how other radiologists have misdiagnosed my xrays That led to serious problems ahead in my life . She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! An hour later after talking to the doctor 5 minutes I left with no check up or meds. But they tried to schedule me a second appointment so I could get what I came to them the first time for. Called cheating insurance companies and double charging. Now I have to find a real doctor and take another half day and spend my fuel and time to get a decent soctor. I plan on filing a complaint with the state board of health.

Always getting blood work to to the correct in-network labs. Never any billing issues. Always very fair pricing. Great quality of care. Unfortunately the practice is closing 12/20/2019. There is a new practice taking over the office space and some of the Solid Oak staff will be transferring to this new practice. Unable to see a child in pain and experts in bad behavior towards parents scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM. It was entered in their system as 11:15, and I -- the parent who booked it -- never received a confirmation. We arrived three minutes past the grace period for a time we hadn't agreed to, and our sick toddler was refused care. My child was in visible pain with a worsening infection and was never assessed or even looked at. No other physician was offered, no referral, no urgent-care suggestion. The front desk and office manager spent the time arguing with us about the clock rather than showing any concern for the sick child in front of them. This wasn't a one-off. Getting a timely sick visit with the MD has consistently been difficult, despite the practice advertising same-day sick visits. Zero compassion. If you need a pediatrician who will actually see your child when they're sick, look elsewhere. We've moved our care.
