I returned within the same week and politely asked if I could exchange the items. Instead of trying to help, the store manager immediately asked for a receipt with an attitude. I explained that I had just purchased the items days prior and that the condition of the products clearly showed they were not up to par. He refused to assist and dismissed the situation with a shrug, like it didn't matter. To make things worse, the environment felt unwelcoming during the interaction, which made the experience even more disappointing. As a business owner of a public relations firm, I understand customer service and uphold customer care, product integrity, and how important it is to stand behind what you sell. I checked their ingredients on website, it says "fragrance" no idea of what's in it but when I say I was affected, my whole face bright red burning after using blanket washed with it, my body pins and needles from histamine attack. Had to re-wash everything in my house to get my symptoms to calm down. This may not be the case for everyone, I know a lot of people love it, but I think there should be more ingredient transparency instead of using the marketing words for natural and non toxic.
