I purchased a 6 x 4 poster. The service was quick and the staff was extremely friendly. The price was amazing for the item I received.

Great, fast service and good prices every time I use them! In by noon, pickup by 5 has saved me several times.

I began a project with Modiphy with the understanding that the project would be completed in about 8 weeks. After giving Modiphy roughly $7500 to build a custom website and app I was strung along for several months. Instead of giving me the custom project that I requested Modiphy gave me a basic website template and when my custom app did not work within a basic template they gave up. We began the project April 23, 2018 and Modiphy estimated the project to take roughly 8 weeks. By August 31 I was extremely concerned, and by September I was completely done and requested a refund. After 4 months, several ignored phone calls, sob stories, and empty promises that next week would be different I finally requested my money back. I discovered that there had been absolutely no progress on the custom app, since Modiphy revealed a half-baked job in week 8 and billed me for a project that was no where near completion. Modiphy was actually encouraging me to launch the project half baked with promises that it would completed after launch. I was only able to get the $3000 back for the completely unfinished app, while they refused to refund me any for a completely unfinished template of a website. I came extremely prepared with what I needed and was totally clear about what I wanted. I was constantly given the run around. They did not know what size or format I needed so I spent months creating and resizing images only to be told that I would need to re-do them. After losing so much money and time I put in I've finally been able to move forward with an actual Shopify Expert. They have been wonderful and its great to work with a dedicated and skilled developer. The most disappointing thing I found about Modiphy is that they would rather give up than subcontract a project and commit to their promises. I cannot recommend this company to anyone (except my enemies) Alaina was very helpful and I appreciate all of her effort. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the two parters.

I needed a website, I needed advice, I needed marketing assistance and I did not have a huge budget as a massage therapist. I called Modiphy and spoke to Tim Hendry. After a brief discussion he laughed and said, "THAT is what we do." My needs are so vast it's hard for others to wrap their head around what I'm doing. Modiphy not only understood those needs, but could see the growth potential. They were adept at taking the message, honing it, and making it work for my needs. Simple small advice they gave me helped shift perspective and allowed me to focus my energy where real money could be made doing what I love. **Modiphy was able to change my public image and marketing materials so that the public understood who I am and what I do. The value of their service is that they understand the needs of small business owners. I was hesitant at first, but once I began the process with Modiphy, things changed almost immediately. In 6 months time... my facebook followers DOUBLED; my Youtube channel views DOUBLED (30k to 60k); AND my workbook downloads just exceeded 2k+... getting global exposure (Nepal, Bhutan, etc) **Most importantly, my income has literally DOUBLED. Make no hesitations.. You will find less expensive companies and there is a reason. Quality costs. You cannot fully get what they do, unless you experience first-hand the quality Modiphy brings to your business. I agree with their tag line.. they don't "f" around. Namaste', Robert Gardner

My site works really well and is easy for me to maintain. A year later, Betsy and team continued to be supportive. The appearance of my site has been the cornerstone in the significant growth in my business.

I posted my original review after Betsy begged me to post a review because she received a very poor…read morereview from another client. After having significant problems with the back-end development of the site I had to discard all of that work and rebuild the site from ground zero. However, I maintained the graphic design in its original state. Therefore, I believe an updated review is in order. Recently, the site was completely rebuilt. The letter below was summarily rejected by Betsy. So, I am posting it verbatim......buyer beware. Good morning Betsy, As you know, I have experienced two occasions where my website was offline for months without my knowledge. As a result, I have had to employ other consultants to research and bring the site back online. In addition, the links to the clips continuously broke. This look, where clips do not work, promoted a feeble perception to the person reading the site and resulted in a poor perception of me as a professional. I had complained to you before that with my limited ability to see, WP was a mess. I asked you several times to clean it up..which you said you did...but on further review by these professionals, they saw many unrelated pieces in WP that were also available for outsiders to see that had no relationship with my messaging and gave unwanted opportunities to other sites to communicate with my site. Finally, within your development architecture, there was no consideration given to installing any security or notification measures that would provide protection and warnings against unwanted events from occurring. Your source in India does not have adequate skills to work for you. It is also clear that you have no technical quality control to ensure that you are delivering a site built for today. Shuffling e-mails from your designer to your client and from your developer to your client has nothing to do with delivering a solid product since you are doing nothing to add to the solution. It took months for me to understand and engage a consultant that could build a reliable site...another embarrassment since I could not direct prospects to my website during the timeframe for the research and rebuild. I have paid a high price for incompetent site development work. However, I will distinguish that from the graphic design (including text), presently retained in its original form. I had to take action, and I engaged services to bring the site back online and then completely redesign the development into a simple, swift, reliable site www.rhonig.com. The attached spreadsheet and supporting documents show that I paid AWS $2,266 to mitigate the problems and rebuild the site. Thus, I paid you approximately $1,600 without regard to the cost that I incurred for the months the site was offline and while online the shabby perception the malfunctioning site had on the readers and therefore their perception of me. So, bottom line, I am willing to pay for the graphic design at the cost of $800. For the remaining $800, I expect to receive a refund sent to me by Venmo by Friday, September 10, 2021. Please keep in mind; I am absorbing $622 ($1,600 + $622 = $2,266) without regard to the other costs which I incurred. Should I not receive that money on time, I will publish this letter in as many avenues for review that I can find. I will begin that effort over this coming weekend. I will look forward to receiving the $800 and putting this entire debacle to rest. Thank you, Ross
