Vivint made a loan with Fortiva, a finance company that I never asked for, to pay for an equipment upgrade. Also, I moved to a location that Vivint doesn't service. They have been charging me $54.00 a month for over two years. They said that l had to pay it. Try to cancel your account with Vivant expect it to never to happen. I have been fighting with this pathetic company since march 25th. - . we had set up an appointment to have vivant come to my house to update the system February 23rd. We had a no show and no call to reschedule or to tell us you were not coming. We waited 30 days for vivant to come and update the system before we decided to call to cancel service. We decided to cancel the security company because vivant wont service their equiptment. We have been paying a monthly service on equiptment that doesnt work due to a update that requires a service since January. Buyer beware I did eveything required to cancel my account. we called, sent in an email cancelation request and now 30 days later we called and they tell us the effective date is april 30 the company has stolen 150.00 from us because they will not cancel my account. its THEFT! read more
