You won't realize what happened until you start getting billed from BOTH companies - ADI and ADT! ADI's emblem/logo is shaped like a stop sign, exactly like ADT's, the "I" part falls off at the end - very misleading. SCAM! When you call to cancel ADI they just tell you that you can't because you "signed a contract"! If I signed a contract (which I never saw or received a copy) I would have assumed I was signing that ADT updated my system. Some ADI customers say their signature has been forged. SCAM! Because these representatives from ADI come to your door, you would have 3 days to cancel any contract - that's why they do not allow you to have a copy if you did sign a contract. SCAM!
