One week they called three times, then the police. The next time they called me once, then called the police. Within minutes I called back and each time their phone tree put me on hold for several minutes. Never happened this way before being merged with the Pye-Barker. Waiting to find out the details in real time is problematic. Apparently after talking with them, their position is once they call the police, I become a low priority call and shuttled to hold. While I wonder what happened and if I have to rush home! Really not good for the person being called about an emergency. I am now looking at other companies.
