Today Mr. Hoffman from Gen-Tech came to do an estimate for a new generator. When he saw that I have a generator he advised me it was possible it could be repaired rather than replaced. He then diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and ran a test to demonstrate that the generator does work! So now I have a working generator again, and at a fraction of the price it would have cost to replace it with a new one! Many thanks to the company, and they will have my business in the future.

They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. It was a big job that took a couple hours but they were friendly and respected our home by taking off shoes, etc. we felt the price was spot on. We'd definitely call these guys again.

We lost our furnace at lunchtime on Christmas Eve due to a failure of a circuit board. The furnace…read morewould turn on but the blower would not. They were able to find a new board on Thursday morning and installed it at 10AM. We can not say enough about the level of service as well as knowledge of the unit. Called MJM Sunday afternoon, they called back Monday morning, and we had someone on Tuesday at noon. They sent Tim out, who was awesome. Came in, gave it 2 looks, said he had to go back and get some supplies, and came back and banged it out - whole thing took maybe an hour. I didn't really care too much about cost at that point because my son was home from the hospital so the nursery was out of commission for the first day he was home but it was super reasonable to get fixed. Like to the point where i should have just called them to hang it originally. Plus there's some peace of mind from having a pro do it.
