They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. It was a big job that took a couple hours but they were friendly and respected our home by taking off shoes, etc. we felt the price was spot on. We'd definitely call these guys again.

Armor looked for a new board for us that evening then sent a technician out on Christmas morning at 9AM to check the unit. They were able to find a new board on Thursday morning and installed it at 10AM. We can not say enough about the level of service as well as knowledge of the unit. Mark and Nick at Armor were genuinely concerned about our access to heat and due to two space heaters, we were able to stay at home and made our Christmas dinner. Called MJM Sunday afternoon, they called back Monday morning, and we had someone on Tuesday at noon. They sent Tim out, who was awesome. Came in, gave it 2 looks, said he had to go back and get some supplies, and came back and banged it out - whole thing took maybe an hour. I didn't really care too much about cost at that point because my son was home from the hospital so the nursery was out of commission for the first day he was home but it was super reasonable to get fixed. Like to the point where i should have just called them to hang it originally. Plus there's some peace of mind from having a pro do it. Will definitely call MJM if I need electrical work in the future.
