We waited less than 15 mins, as we were walk-ins. The stylist was amazing with my 2 year old grandson - he was freaked out by not seeing his hands under the cape but she quickly pinned it up, freeing his hands to keep play a game on his iPad (his "pad-pad"). She was calm and patient working with him, didn't get upset when he wasn't being as cooperative, and even sang with him a little. He seemed at ease with her and that meant a lot to me.
