I have been a few times and always leave feeling frustrated.The service is horrid as if I'm a burden taking from their precious social time at work.The staff talks down to you and assumes you know nothing if you can't throw out the exact specs and measurements down to the screw size of your mod. Not only are they brusque and very rude but the juices and accesories are massively overpriced. Their excuse for such high prices is that they are "name brand" if you buy from anyone else it's nothing but cheap shit from China.... simply untrue. You can buy their "name brands" online for less. I also happen to love many of the house blends I buy from Ohio, Missouri ect. Even online or on the phone these companies out shine this place via customer service, quality and trouble shooting. I went into this place on a Monday morning just after 10 am. I had no idea about anything when it comes to vaping. The guy who was working (don't remember his name, I think he owned the shop) was extremely patient and informative. I explained I want to quit smoking. He assured me I was at the right place, and tried to explain a lot of things to me. He suggested I start with the basics. I sampled a few juices, picked a couple out, and bought the vaporizer. I have smoked 3 cigarettes in 2 days (I was smoking a little less than a pack a day). I am amazed at how well it actually works. Scotty and Randy shoot it straight and deliver some of the best hardware and juice in Indy. Haven't been disappointed on a single purchase in this shop. I had recently been recommended to go to Vaper Kings by a friend. I had questions about getting a good dual coil pen. They were very patient with me and when Randy had to help someone else there was always someone else there answering my questions. They were willing to stay with me after hours to help me understand everything about my pen that I had bought. I will never do business there again. I've vaped for a long time and have been to just about every vape shop around central Indiana. This place is the worst.
