Contacted Excel Electric for trouble shooting a 15,000 watt Generac portable generator. Generator checked out fine, best we all could figure out was it was due to my operator error at 2am in the morning, embarrassing to say the least. Few days later, power out again, hooked everything up, worked fine confirming the operator error part from before, again embarrassing but none the less useful information. My experience was good. They showed up on time and explained what and how they were going to do the work and even gave me a time frame for completion. I needed some exterior security lights installed along with some outlet replacements that weren't working. Also needed a new outlet installed for my windows ac unit.
