I have tried to give this nail salon benefit of doubt and numerous times to have better attitudes. Every time I've been I get the same rude guy. Also several of them smoke and come in smelling like an ashtray. Very unappealing. Luxe Beauty is my go to with no issues for over a year. Professional and consistent. read more

I got my nails done here yesterday 4/2/24 They were rude when I got there they were all on break and I got there and the lady's were rude the prices are too expensive for the bad job they do they charged 15$ for a kids pedicure but they didn't do nothing but added one coat of paint And then she did my nails and she hurt my toe her massages where horrible she was hurting me and overall the worst nail place ever they are not even clean enough this place is just a place hang out they don't know what they want to be a nail salon or hair salon read more

I love this salon. I'm from a major city and I know how long waits can be frustrating and I don't have that issue here. I always call ahead of time before going in, Vanessa gets me on the table and I'm in and out in 30 mins. She always greets me & makes me feel welcomed and always does a great job on my nails. The prices are great as well. I've tried out other salons in Liberal and none of them compared & none of them were able to do my nails the way I like them. Best place in the area. They are always busy (a good sign) but always get me in. They're work is awesome and the mood is pleasant.

Went in for a pedi and mani. I look forward to getting pedi's because of the massages you get but the employee was paying to much attention to a game on the TV instead of giving attention to the customer. Then went to get my acrylic nail taken off which he was very rough with the little machine they use to take it off. The next person was rude and told me not to look at it as she did a half a** job taking the last of the acrylic off, like that suppose to not hurt my nail! Lastly another person finished my nails with a gel color...the finish on my nails look lumpy! I definitely will not come back! Wasted $63 on this establishment which is not professional. read more

My mom and I went for a mother/daughter day out and it was tons of fun. The prices are reasonable; the customer service is excellent and we both enjoyed the down to earth vibe there. We both got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. I am very pleased with how both turned out. Will definitely visit again. read more

Probably won't go back!! Took my granddaughter and 2 of her school friends, for pedi and full set of nails. At least $80.00 per person. Employees/owner attitude the whole time was less than acceptable to us and those who came in after us. read more

I had not gotten a pedicure in three months. I asked for a deluxe pedi and barely got the basic. My heels are still rough, and the massage which is my favorite part didn't even happen. I also got acrylic nails done and within 24 hours am already showing some lift on the sides of my nails. Not very impressed at all. read more

Service was alright. I went with my friend New Years Eve weekend and within 2 days my gel nails were already coming off. My friend's acrylic nails are still on surprisingly. They were fast & for being busy I did have a 20 minute wait period but I was out within the hour so that was nice. Staff was okay, I would highly recommend Vanessa if you're thinking about going. The nails I did myself using the Pure Ice gel polish (around $7 spent for the base coat polish, color, and top coat) have lasted longer than a mani I spent $25 for. read more

What a waste of money. I was recommended this place from a friend. She gets mani's there, so I figured that the pedi's would be good. Boy was I wrong. I was rushed in and rushed out. The water was lukewarm, the girl barely scrubbed my feet, and the polish job was less than acceptable. I left highly disappointed. read more
