One of the things I like best about Louis is that if he doesn't know the answer to a question, he will research it instead of winging it. With that said, there is very little he does not know. As others have alluded, he works in both Mac and PC venues. In a rapidly changing industry, Louis has enormous range and the ability to make recommendations as well as the knowledge of what benefits and pitfalls are associated. There is high mutual respect so we don't make '911' calls unless it is warranted, however, when we do, Louis always seems to be able to accomodate us (which I find amazing!)
