In this case I'm not sure if its a good thing that I've never experienced buyer's remorse after making a purchase here, as it explains why I keep coming back. There's something at JB Hi-Fi for everyone from games to computer programs to movies, and all at great retail prices too. Now and then they also have one-off sales where everything in-store is cost price + GST- so always good to keep your ears pinned for that one. It's not the biggest JB Hi-Fi branch but I know my way around. The staff here are quite reliable and the last time I went looking for an HDMI cable, the guy there told me about every single one they had, including the advantages and disadvantages. You don't get a lot of great service in retail these days so I take what I can get, and I was very impressed. Even the security at the store here always make a note to say hello and goodbye to all the customers- a little recognition goes a long way.

I can't remember his name, but flip, he is the best! They are always super helpful and have a great selection of DVDs. If I'm on the hunt for something in particular, they are the most likely store to stock it. (bar one time I was looking for Shutter Island - found it on Queen St) The only department in this store that I dislike is the electronics section. One guy tried to sell me an SD TV as an HD one. Fortunately, I was not the stupid woman he supposed, but a film maker who knows the difference. I smiled at him politely, and walked off. I hope he was just ignorant and not really a con man.

I had a great experience recently, when I popped into the Noel Leeming store, trying to find a XBOX 360 game, having sold out in other outlets and they had one!!! All the staff were helpful, ascertained where the product was, communicated really well and then offered to get the item for me, while I wait! Fantastic customer service! They are a 'one stop shop' really selling smart phones, tablets, TVs, DVDs, fridges, kitchen appliances, everything I think. Great sales too!

The customer service is great- I've found the guys here to be really helpful when I've come in. And it's a relatively quiet branch so there's no waiting around in a line and they deal with you straight away. The last time I was here was to set up a new phone contract. It took me all of ten minutes to fill in my paperwork and set up my new number. The guy who served me (I wish I could remember your name!) was awesome and helped me pick out the contract that would be best for me. I had to wait a couple of hours for the contract to actually process so that I could use my phone, but they called me up as soon as it was ready to use. I was really happy with the service I got and all of the staff were friendly. Having been to other Vodafone branches over the years, the customer service has been especially average, so the Manurewa branch is a welcome change. If you live in the Manurewa/Manukau area, make a trip to this Vodafone branch. It's quiet, you'll get the level of service you want and all the information if given to you.
Terrible experience with this company…read more We took in a Meta Quest 3 VR headset to repair a cracked front motion sensor glass. The headset was powering on before repair, although tracking was not working correctly. The company kept the headset for over a month and provided virtually no updates unless I contacted them myself. Communication throughout was poor, and I found the owner extremely rude and condescending during multiple conversations, often speaking over me and not allowing me to explain the issue. When I collected the headset, I was told the repair had been completed, the device had been tested, and everything was working. We paid $180 and took it home, only to discover that the headset would no longer boot properly at all. It now shows the Meta logo briefly before shutting down completely. When I contacted the owner about this, he became defensive and stated that I had "only asked him to fix the glass", despite previously assuring me that the headset had been checked and was working before collection. I would not recommend this business based on our experience. Poor communication, poor customer service, and we were left with a device in worse condition than when it was dropped off.

You will find sleepwear for both men, women and kids, boxers for guys and girls, knickers, slippers and a range of gift items. Perfect for teenagers. The prices here are fantastic and if you like prints and colour then you will find something here for at least 30% off. Most of the time the discounted product has additional discount on it. I once got a $80 pajama set for $25. The prices here are incredible. The sleepwear is good quality and there is a huge range of product in store always. The staff are very helpful and sometimes the manager actually wears pajamas to work. I suppose she can get away with it because these pajamas often border on the line of what is called 'lounge wear' and she is promoting product in store. Either that or can't be bothered getting dressed for work. Her service is exceptional though.

They could probably fit loads more stock on the floor but the flow of the store is great. They've got a wide range of denim here for women, and since I live in jeans, it was a great sight. North Beach is also home to all your favourite surf brands and you're bound to find what you're looking for from wallets and dresses to boardies and watches. My first visit here was pretty good and I made a very nice investment in a new bag. The staff here seem really chilled out to me and are really nice to talk to, not overbearing but always willing to lend a hand, which is how I prefer to be served when I'm out and about. They also stock my favourite New Zealand brand, RPM, and this branch is one of the only two surf stores I go to in Auckland to check them out, because their service is far better. Unless you're after something specific, you could easily spend a good half an hour or so in here just browsing, especially since you's have to walk across the road from the mall, or drive to get there- may as well make the most of your trip! I for one am looking forward to making a trip here in the winter for some Huffer knits and Wrangler jeans- its your perfect all-season store.

So when I finally decided to have a look in this shop I was more than pleased to see that there was an entire back wall dedicated to tights, leg wear, hosiery or what ever you want to call it. This is how cheap, $25 tights original retail then discounted to $12, then take 40% off that, amazing! There were others for around $4 and at these prices who cares if you only wear them once. This outlet stocks Bonds, Voodoo, Holeproof, Jockey, Berlei and the like for men, women and kids. If you had a small child it would be a good place to come for cheap kids clothes. And socks! you can never have too many socks, they get misplaced or one will go astray or the right colours are in the wash. At $3 a pair you could have a months supply and need not worry.
