Lots of the great Patagonia gear and really good selection-- they even sell wetsuits in this shop! In fact, I believe they're the only Patagonia store in Europe where you can purchase wetsuits. The prices aren't really discounted, but being Patagonia-- that's not entirely unexpected regardless of where you go. Great staff, very chill owner who's also an avid surfing himself, and a prime location right in the middle of downtown Interlaken. Patagonia's just taking off in Europe (and playing a bit of catch-up to TNF), but happy to support the company and its mission!

We were served by Maike in the store who was super professional and fun to interact with. She was very knowledgable. We also received a 2.5 hour lesson from Henry who was the best ski instructor we have ever had. He taught us to ski in about an hour and then we rode the mountain with him for the rest of the lesson. He was the man. 100% recommend lessons from this guy. I rented snowblades with them and ended up liking them so much that I purchased the blades from them at the end of my rental. They have a sweet rent to buy program where they apply the cost of rental to the purchase of the skis. I ended up getting a sweet deal in addition to a new ride! Buri Sport is awesome.

My disappointment came with our ski rentals. We rented skis, Boots, and poles for 3 days. On the second day, someone took my granddaughters skis and left theirs by mistake. We didn't discover this until we got to the slopes the next day because the name label came off the skies. So my grand daughter didn't get to ski that day. We turned in the skis and they told us the other skis were already turned in. No one at Quattro tried to contact us they wouldn't say when her slides were turned in by the other customer but there was a chance that we have have been able to make an exchange with the people and save a skiing day for both children. The store has our name, phone and email because we belong to the loyalty program. We were really disappointed.
