This is a more new-Swiss style offering and we had to be selective in our choice - we both went with the steak (one big, one small). Being used to American steakhouses my wife was less than impressed. However, I found my 300g steal to be wonderfully cooked, tasty (not busting with flavor as it wasn't seasoned with anything), and filling! The portion was HUGE and I could barely finish it! It fit the bill after a long day of hiking though! I had to look up Raclette Cheese and discovered this is a special Swiss cheese that is known for its melting ability. Sounds like a perfect match. There was also bacon.
