What a rip off!!! I took in a simple dress that only needed a new hem put it in and a blouse that had a small tear in the armpit area. Since I am not good at sewing I decided to go to Vogue to get the repairs I needed. First of all, I was shocked that it was going to take 3 weeks to get the alterations done due to the fact that they send their alterations to Reno. I was shocked and asked how much that would cost and was told about $20. So, I decided to let them do the job. I waited over 3 weeks for my clothes to come back and when I called to find out how much it was going to cost to pick them up I was told the amount would be $60.00!! I couldn't believe it!! What the hell happened to the $20 I was quoted when I dropped my items off? So now if I want to get my clothes back I have to pay the $60!! The dress and shirt combined didn't cost that much when I bought them brand new!!! I asked them if they had the right person and they did indeed!! Of course now I have no choice but the pay the ridiculously high price if I want to get my clothes back!! This place is a joke and very misleading to their customers but they know they can get away with it because they have the alterations market cornered in this town!! Please do not come here to get any kind of service from them...you will definitely regret it!!!! read more

My wife went though Vogue to get alterations performed on her wedding dress. We were told that the alterations would cost $20, we asked if the alterations could be performed without cleaning. I was told that this would be possible and the total charge would be $20. When we went to collect her dress, 2 days before the wedding she was told that the dress had been cleaned, despite our specific instructions. A charge of $80 was included on the bill for cleaning. Given how soon the wedding was I had no choice but to pay it. Additionally, the alterations were not performed correctly, and the dress did not fit. She was only able to wear her dress on my wedding day because a friend of ours (unaffiliated with Vogue) is a seamstess and was able to correct the alterations. I suspect that Vogue did not take her measurements correctly before the alterations, as they were taken very quickly ( only in the dress for ~10 min) and haphazardly. I would not recommend usign Vogue for any service, the way they handeled my wifes dress alterations was highly incompetent, as well as potentially intentionally dishonest. read more

Worst service ever. Most incompetent salesman Tim never returns calls. We get burnt linen all the time and our uniforms alway come back wrinkly. Bad service. Always loose our items and never ever say sorry too bad there the only ones in town now that Vic's is closed. Now we will probably get even worse service for our small shop read more

Well - what is an "ENVIRO" Charge? I asked and was told that it was a charge for energy used for cleaning. Seriously? If you charge a fixed price for mowing a LAWN should you also charge a price for each ounce of gasoline? Probably not! Anyway, YEA - I used a discount coupon for $3 dollars for $2.16 in a "ENVIRO" Charge - - what is this? Again, when I questioned the odd and silly new charge - they went to find a manager who stated "it is a charge for producing your Sleeping bags" what? She then corrected a charge for "cleaning your bags" Enjoy the liberal; Shift! I had a charge of NO TAX, but a new energy charge or Liberal Charge or "ENVIRO" charge" YEA! This is a sneaky thing for any business and NOT Acceptable! I will check elsewhere..and I THINK it is illegal to charge a new and not legally registered tax or premium - SHAME ON YOU! read more

I recently dropped off about a dozen items for cleaning. When I opened my clothes upon return, one pair my J.Crew suit slacks had a hole burned into the outside leg near the seam. I took them back in only to have Vouge deny over and over again that the damage was caused by them. It's very clear that it's not a tear or wear damage, it's not located anywhere that the slacks would naturally rub on anything. Additionally, if they were damaged when they were arrived, they would have been marked as such. I'm very disappointed that such an expensive cleaner would do such a terrible job and not take any responsibility whatsoever nor even attempt to remedy the situation. If you have nice suiting that requires low iron temperatures, do not take it to Vouge! read more
