It's a small mom and pop shop. For those complaining about not taking returns it's vape stuff. Anyone who has been vaping for more than a year knows things break. A small business like A&M can't just take returns on every single thing like Walmart. That being said they have been really good to me in the past for getting me discounts and helping me out where they can. I also have had several friends quit smoking through these guys and their level of knowledge on vape related topics in unparalleled. For real though every single person that works there seems to know their stuff. Certainly more than the other shops I've been to in nor cal.
