Awful! The lack of knowledge that comes out of this vape shop is astonishing. Not to mention the awful customer service. Not knowing how to do the most basic of things like change cotton on an RDA correctly. The know it all attitudes by itself will keep people away. Terrible! Will never come back. Went in to purchase a vape and was talked into the much smaller slightly different model similar to vape. Spent over $100 on device, juice, accessories. After leaving within 15 minutes of using the device is popped with such intensity I instantly had a blister on my lip. I turned around and drove straight back to return or exchange and was told there were no returns or exchanges only manufacture warranty. Showed the "manager" my blister and was told it just happens. AWFUL customer service, overpriced, and there are much better stores in town! read more

So first a foremost let me say I've been vaping for about 4.5 years now and have a pretty good grasp on the scene. I will say this store is absolutely gorgeous and it's obvious they put quite a bit of cash in to remodeling the place. Juice selection seems large but a lot of the stuff I tried was flat out not very good. I've had better elsewhere in town and online. Staff was friendly initially but once you make a purchase it's like you don't exist. I was hoping to have someone to talk to about rebuilding and other more techy stuff about vapes. The girl in charge of rebuilds had only been vaping for 2 months and had done less that 10 rebuild total (yikes). Overall cool looking shop, not too stoked about the knowledge level. Not sure what they are going for. Side note: Been to shop in yuba and this one. For some reason there prices here are wayyyy lower than in yuba. Some of the stuff I'm not sure how they are making a profit off of it. read more

I'm beyond annoyed and frustrated with this store. I bought a suorin drop from them three weeks ago. Not even hours later it stopped working due to manufacturing defect (which is out of there control). However, I can return it due to that. I've gone in multiple times to try to do this and the first time they said their manager wasn't in so it wasn't possible. Then they were out of stock so I had to wait a week. I came back again and they still don't have them. It's been two weeks sense it was suppose to be back in stock. I'd rather get throat punched then buy from here again. read more

Great looking shop, but lacking in equipment. There's an appearance of a large variety of juices, but very little room to customize anything. The staff has been nice every time I've been in there, but lacking in knowledge of much else besides what's in the store. Even the knowledge of modifying what equipment they do sell is very limited. Some knowledge about watts, volts, etc. is vital to being able to explain how a battery can be used. Ultimately, if you're new to vaping they're a good place to start. They are a reasonably priced retail type establishment. It's a rare thing anymore to find a store that can beat online prices, but this place is right around msrp. read more

I came here as an out of towner with a burnt coil. I came in and it was very clean. I tried a couple different juices. Everyone was very nice. Having been in a few vape stores some people working there can be standoffish and I didn't get that feeling. I don't drink at all so it was really nice to be able to play pool. This is a great place for vaping and not only that but you can try things before you buy them, like flavors. They have an ultimate supply of juices and vaping products. You can sit around the bar they have and vape with other customers, I will say that I think they could use a fan inside because it's always cloudy in there from all the vaping. The staff is awesome! Came in expecting to nust be wowwwwwed because my son's girlfriends father highly recommended this place. The place set up is super cool but the customer service absolutely sucks. Both times i came in i was greeted but nothing after that. The guy actually acted bothered that I even had questions. And the lady was more interested in whom she was sitting with than helping me. Well. OK. This place seems to get a lot of good reviews. Maybe I'm just too old (65+) to be taken seriously, but I didn't feel like my visit there was anywhere near good. My wife and I were looking for a vape system for her. We were greeted at the counter by an employee who I think we interupted from having a good time with people at the 'bar'. She seemed impatient with our questions (there were not a lot) about getting the right systcm for my wife and I think wanted us to decide quickly so she could get back to those people. We ended up buying a low end e-cig which is fine. What a behavior of relief that was for her and was quickly back with her friends. This was the third place we had been to that day and I just wanted to settle on something, which we did.
