Juan gave me the best estimate and replaced my kitchen lighting within a couple of days (ON XMAS EVE). He provided the lights and discussed each model at length. The lights were at least 14' on the ceiling. He worked fast and was very friendly. I would recommend Volt Pro without reservation! read more

Purchased speakers and amplifier to put music from iTunes on lanai. There were speaker wires already hanging from ceiling but unsure of condition and which ones I needed to connect to the amp. Tried connecting, one pair at a time with no luck. Called Volt Pro, Juan was able to come out a day later just to look over job and quote. Once he looked over, he asked if he could test with a tone locator and in a couple minutes located the correct pair. Then he hung the two speakers in my lanai, connected all, and I now have music. All that for what I considered a more than fair price. I will be using him again for electrical needs and recommending Volt Pro to neighbors and friends in my area. read more

If you are looking for someone to install your EV charger choose Volt Pro. They were amazing. Price, service, and work was fantastic. It's a small business so it may take them longer to respond and get there to instal but trust me it's worth it. Other places wanted to charge me 5 times as much and I thought I wad screwed until I found volt. I'm telling this is the guy to get your EV charger installed. read more

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. From the initial call to Melissa, who was extremely kind and patient and who answered every one of my questions, to Juan and Lela who came out to address and immediately fix the issues at hand. Juan is a master electrician and resolved the issues extremely quickly, unlike other electricians who may take longer to charge more. The quality of the service and the value of the service is truly unmatched, in my opinion. If you live in the Naples area, and have an electrical issue, I would not hesitate to call this family owned and run company because I was extremely satisfied.
