Getting a call back or response is a near impossibility, and over time, we've been giving conflicting information from people in the office. Also, attorney's offices are considered "essential services", yet this firm is claiming things are slow because of the virus. Courts are still open, and the attorney was paid a MONTH before Coronavirus hit Knox County! I don't want to hear excuses, I want returned phone calls and emails so we can move forward with our lives. I suspect there are other clients this office can "milk" more money out of, so that's why we're so low on the totem pole. Don't even get me started on their receptionist...She's so rude, dealing with her (by comparison) would make a trip to the DMV seem as exciting as going to Disney World.
