I quickly informed them I was out on that. I proceeded to contact another local propane company and was told propane was running $2.19 / Gal but as a new customer they would offer $2.00 / Gal with 150 gals. After this I was told to look up a bill on price gouging. It is perfectly clear that company's can be fined up to $150,000.00 and individuates $2000.00. I have contacted LIHEAP, they informed me that there were also TN laws governing price gouging. They gave me all the contact information to the TN Energy Commission.
