I have been waiting for three months to have windows installed. After many many calls and emails…read moresomeone finally got back to me, with one excuse after the other. Today I told them that I want my deposit back because I have totally lost trust in them to do the work at all, much less do it properly and have any kind of service after the fact. Windows are so important in Florida, as we all know. My current windows don't leak, but they are in need of repair, so since I renovated my house....new impact windows seemed like the right thing to do. When I was looking for a quote, they were only too happy to help me. They were in constant contact. As soon as they had my deposit, nothing. Legal action will be started if my money is not returned promptly. I would not under any circumstances recommend this company because they have totally lost my trust in doing business with them.

Over time on the project, questions arose from the door installer (whom has been in the business for 30 years) like any other renovation and Matt was "too busy" and "didn't have time for back and forth" to answer questions with thoroughness nor attention to the project. Attached are several occasions where I just simply asked for a call and/or onsite visit and was told he was too busy. A call alone would have sufficed but they cannot even pick up the phone and call customers who are looking for clarification. I have called the office multiple times to speak to someone regarding the project and receive no calls back, I added one door to the project yet I'm being charged for multiple doors that should have arrived and been on the original invoice and I am STILL missing doors. When trying to get clarification on missing doors, Matt's response is "I'm pretending to know what I'm doing" and yet again, doesn't have time when I'm simply looking to him for guidance and answers. The amount of time he spent writing me dismissive emails he could have answered my questions in 15 seconds on the phone. Save yourself time, money, and headache and use a different company.

They usually work with the public directly through appointment only, but I did not know that until I got there. But Russell welcomed me warmly and provided wonderful, detailed information. I never felt like I was an unexpected inconvenience. I was able to see samples and take brochures home and they made it easy for me to place an order over the phone. Shipping was free and my order was delivered in just a few short days. The inserts are lovely and good quality. I could not be more pleased with the service and the product.

He asked a few specific questions about the door to see if it was possible to do the install. Once it was determined it could be done, he sent me a link to the glass insert manufacturer he uses to make my choice. I contacted Chuck a couple of days later with my choice. He texted me the price of the door and his installation fee. He was able to set up an appointment the next morning for the install. He arrived on time, was polite and got right to work. He was done and in about 30 minutes and had the door back on the hinges. I am very happy with my choice and Chuck's workmanship. I would highly recommend his work.

The first question was, is this an emergency? It wasn't. I needed to install a w/d where there had never been one. I scheduled a two hour window for the walk through/ estimate. At 1 1/2 hours I called to confirm. There had been a mix up. But they dropped what they were doing, and were there in minutes. But there were unforeseen issues which caused the entire plan to change. Mark just went with flow. With my permission he stayed till 9:00pm one night, and 11:00pm another to complete it. Then the dryer didn't work. All parts were checked and were working. I called and asked him to please rack his brain and see if we missed anything. He did. It was an issue in the breaker box. He came back and fixed it. No extra charge.
