Downstairs is a very nice basketball court As well as locker rooms and family locker rooms. All of the lockers are day use only, so it shouldn't create the issues of not being able to store your stuff anywhere. Upstairs love the free weights, nautilus machines, treadmills/elliptical machines and a running track. All the machines allow you to track your progress over time as well.
