This is one of the go to stores while in Hoorn. I can find nearly anything immers here. Sure not all my Ami needs, but I bring those with me knowing I cannot get them here. The store Isles can be somewhat cluttered at times, but their stores are not nearly as massive as what we have, so taking that into consideration the store is kept clean. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Unlike some. Of the other stores in the area their employees are not gathered in clusters talking. They're working individually & getting stuff done, shelves stocked, & cleaned up. The selections of meats & produce always seems fresh, and unlike my favorite store back in Texas their produce doesn't go bad in 2-3 days! So A+ The cashier's are always efficient. (Only had one issue with one & that was last Monday with a cashier. She apparently had noth bathed for days & you could smell her upon walking up. It it you in the face as soon as you approached near her area. It was bad. She had a purplish stripe in the front of her hair. I literally gagged! That was so repulsive in a grocery store.) That's the only negative tick ever in all the years I've been coming to Vomar! They have a great little bread selection right at the front of the store that i absolutely love. My favorites are the ham & kaas croissant & the sausage roll. Can't wait to visit again & go back to Vomar. I stocked up with groceries to bring back to Texas this time. read more
