I keep getting spam emails from Ulta Beauty even though I don't care for their products, the only thing I bought was a tiny tube of skin cream (which was $13 by the way). The arcade does not work at all, you can't get tokens or play most of the machines, and some of the claw machines they have in there are notoriously rigged. I was looking forward to getting an acupuncture treatment but I go in and see there's no needles, only hands being used, so I skipped out on that one. Some of the men's urban fashion stores looked interesting but I wandered in a store and saw the price tags on the jeans and recoiled, it's supposed to look like hoodrat clothing why does it cost $200+????? However, there was no one manning the front desk or looking over the store, so I was able to leave inconspicuously. I spent quite a bit of time happily perusing all the wonderful and unique fabrics. And then I discovered her FABRIC PANEL LIBRARY... I was absolutely astounded by how HUGE it is and by all the beautiful designs available. It's basically a treasure hunt, except the treasure is FABRIC--and I am very easily distracted by fabric. I often catch Scarlett on Whatnot, so it was especially fun to finally walk into her shop and see all the magic in person. She has an amazing selection of unique books, notions, and pretty much every fabric design you could possibly imagine. There is something exciting around every corner! So I replied Hi how are you and no reply was given as she began to talk to another employee. I retrieved my item and at the counter the cashier couldn't answer the question so the same employee had no answers. While this Kohl's has not been the only one I have shopped at, I don't know if I'll be back to this one. It seems that the employees choose who they will talk to. For a Saturday the store was quite empty of shoppers for a summer afternoon. Maybe someone else may have better customer service.
