So I replied Hi how are you and no reply was given as she began to talk to another employee. I retrieved my item and at the counter the cashier couldn't answer the question so the same employee had no answers. While this Kohl's has not been the only one I have shopped at, I don't know if I'll be back to this one. It seems that the employees choose who they will talk to. For a Saturday the store was quite empty of shoppers for a summer afternoon. Maybe someone else may have better customer service.
