One of the techs said it was the old price list to which the owner's defense was "I've been very busy" but there was no offer to honor the price. DO NOT GO HERE. THE WORST MANICURE EVER. This place should not be allowed to have a license. The nail tech was horrible and I should have trusted my gut in the first few minutes when she was quickly and without care scraping away my old manicure. It was like it was her first day doing nails. All of my nails are uneven and I many times pointed out parts that were left undone or done wrong and she continuously blamed it on "the way my nails are". I wrongly thought some of the recent 1 star reviews had to be flukes, but they were spot on. Totally my fault for still coming here. While I was getting my nails done a lady came in and asked if she could get her one nail fixed because it cracked off (thinking this will happen to me in a matter of days) and the owner rudely said they were busy. The lady said could she come back in an hour, and the owner said no they were busy. They don't care one way or another if you're happy with their service. There was gel paint all over my hands, "manicure" not so much as just throwing paint on, cuticles not fixed, and each nail a different jagged shape. I did give them the opportunity to fix it but they didn't care and said I was done and "beautiful" ... uh no. Didn't ask "do you like it?". I finally just asked for a nail file to finish the job myself. How embarrassing. I've never left a salon without leaving a tip but there was absolutely no way I was giving these people a cent more than I had to after that experience. read more

I've been coming to Get Nailed for 3+ years. It is my go-to for mani/pedi treatments and recently I had my lips, eyeliner and eyebrows done there as well. Rose is the best! She remains affordable when so many other places have jacked up their prices so high that it makes it hard to justify the expense of a little self care. Kind and talented, she goes out of her way to work with my changing schedule, she is constantly offering me free treatments and touch-ups, she even mixes custom nail colors for me at no extra charge. I honestly can't imagine not having a positive experience with rose. I will always recommend Get Nailed to anyone who wants to feel beautiful and cared for. I chose this place while in town on business based on the reviews & it seems like I chose incorrectly. It's been almost a week since I've gotten my nail done and I have 2 broken nails... This has never happened to me and I'm really upset. Initially the lady started by attempting to remove the gel polish that I had on previously by wrapping it in the foil of course. Once the 15 mins were up she proceeded to scrape off the gel roughly (when my technician back home literally just peels it off so easily) and I think this is what cause my nail to break since they were so weak. An $80 just to have to go back not even a weak later. Not to mention that by the second day my nail polishes had already chipped (I got gel) in addition to having specks of gold in some of my nails when I got solid pink . Save your money and go somewhere else where they know what they are doing. read more

I have been to Get Nailed twice. Both times were not a good experience. I only returned after the first visit because my neighbor thinks they are great. My husband and I had a mani-pedi appointment at 1:30 for both of us. When we arrived, another woman was waiting for her 1:00 appointment. They attempted to "stack" my husband's appointment on mine to accommodate the over-booking and then proceeded to accept walk-ins while we waited. Never again! read more

Another fantastic pedicure @ Get Nailed! I called at 4:50pm and asked for an appointment at 5:30pm for my partner and I, without hesitation she said "yes, we will see you at 5:30." This is our second time coming here and I don't think we will ever go anywhere else. It was a clean nail salon, but small. Everyone was friendly. My pedicure was ok, but comparing to my regular salon, not even close. I asked if the did UV gel nails and they said they did. What I got was OPI gel nails, the French white painted on. It wasn't the product usually used. I'm not happy, I don't think this will last, and I paid an extra $13 for this. I won't be back, going the long drive from Naples to my salon in Bonita Springs. read more

My first ever Yelp review (that's how bad this experience was). Both times I've been to this salon (during prime time), I was the only customer--red flag. I've been getting my upper lip waxed for 15 years. This salon's wax burned off all of my skin. Never in my life has this happened to me. I felt pain after the wax, and when I got home, I realized they burned my skin off. I tried calling, but they already closed. It was extremely irritated, red, oozing, and painful. Luckily, I was able to get a virtual appointment with my derm who confirmed my face was burned. The next day I was leaving for a wedding 2 hours away. I notified the owner that morning of what happened and sent photos. She argued with me and blamed it on my "sensitive skin," declaring that my face was not at all burned. She wanted me to come into the salon even though I explained I was en route to a weekend wedding. After back and forth over text, she said she would reimburse me $15 in cash (not on the card I paid with), and I would have to come in person that day to retrieve it. Ridiculous. My weekend was ruined. I was in pain, couldn't wear face makeup, and I couldn't take any photos because my face was so badly burned. There are so many nail salons in Naples, don't give this place any business. read more

Did not realize that they've been around for 16 years!!! That explains a lot. This is a super clean and comfortable salon. I am a real stickler for hygiene and I could not fault this place for any reason at all--everything used on my feet was sanitized and/or brand new. Rose did my shellac pedi and she is truly a professional as my toes turned out perfectly. The number of years in business gave me additional confidence in the services they provide. Be sure to call and make an appointment, it's worth it, and no more expensive than the assembly line style nail shops but you're getting a true pro with years and years of experience. Came here during my vacation last November 2018 (yes, this review is way overdue but better late than never). My husband and I were going to have a pedicure together (I convinced him to try one), but unfortunately they only had one person working that Saturday afternoon. Anyway, the lady who did my nails was wonderful. We came early for our appointment and while waiting, she offered us drinks. When it was time for my pedicure, she let my husband use one of the massage chairs while waiting for me. I thought that was excellent service that she extended for my husband as well. Hubby was so relaxed during that time that he fell asleep on that chair! The pedicure was very good and she was very meticulous with her work (a good thing).
