Well my GF recommended Expertech she told me they always did all her work and inspections. I needed some work done and was working 10 12 hrs a day at new job and just didn't have time to do it myself. Expertech took it rt in and gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. when I got home that night my car was all set and charged me less then what he estimated me couldn't be happier. As his was until he passed away, Jessiah is extremely knowledgeable about all things automotive and when he doesn't (yet) know something, he lets you know and recommends a vendor that can help. Yes, he does get busy. It is a one man shop. And yes, when the backlog is large, he does get short with people, but we all do, or at least I do. Normally he is congenial. Basically, trying to go after a light stop or climb a hill was painstakingly slow and dangerous. So we stopped at the first service center we could find. About 45 minutes later, transmission fluid was poured in, a part replaced, and we were out the door for $90. Hourly rate is $60 and we were only charged for 30 minutes so I am appreciative that we appeared to be getting a good deal. Thankfully we made it home but the check engine light was still on when we pulled away from the center. Not sure if it's because they didn't know how to turn it off or if the repair that was done wasn't enough to turn the light off, but I am glad we didn't have to spend a night and were able to get the car fixed right away.
