Being from out of state, it can be nerve wracking not having a place you are familiar with. Called up and everyone we dealt with was exceedingly pleasant and professional. After a day to get the new part shipped in, the car was fixed up and ready to go. The price was fair and the work was great. If we were from the area this place would be my new go-to repair shop. I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to make sure out-of-towners know this is an awesome business and one that they can feel comfortable trusting.

We managed to limp into Bumper to Bumper on a wing and a prayer. I can't say enough good things about this place. Jay Oulette, the owner, was the nicest guy imaginable. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, and was on the phone ordering the part he needed right after that. We have a foreign vehicle, and it was a custom engine part. Part arrived quickly, and as soon as the engine cooled down enough to do the work, it was fixed in under an hour. $110 for the part, $60 for the labor, and we were back on the road! If this shop were in Boston we would never take our work anywhere else! Thanks Jay!!!

When my husband asked the employee if they might be able to take a look at it, they amazingly went and pulled a gentleman away from weed whacking to come help us! Haha The young man was incredible; took a look at the car, checked the codes, talked to us about possible issues, and double checked our oil. He didn't charge us and helped us get back on our way without any dashboard lights threatening the last legs of our trip. Incredibly kind and great service. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I got stranded and had to have it repaired by a Ford dealership so I could safely get home before the ice storm that was coming. The Ford dealership put in writing that the damage was consistent with Wells River Chevy Dealership's mistake, and I have all repair invoices, photos, and documentation. This dealership is refusing to take responsibility or reimburse me for their negligence. I am lucky I was not seriously injured due to their mistake. They have left me with no other option than to pursue legal recourse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
