We also had some branches that were down in piles that I asked him to remove. Supposedly he gave us a very reduced rate, which at the time of course I much appreciated. We agreed on what work he was going to do before he came to do it. Before he was finished he told me that his trailer was full and that he would reimburse me some money for work not done, but I asked him if he would pile up the rest of the branches where he could pick them up later and he agreed to pick them up the next week. First the axle broke on his trailer and he couldn't come. Then his wife's grandfather passed away (I'm genuinely sorry for her loss) and he was out of state and couldn't come. That was May 4th, it is now October 5th. I sent him multiple messages after that and he ghosted me. I'm very disappointed because I thought that he was very professional and I was impressed with all of the things that he told me about his business. We are a 501c3 charity organization. It's very discouraging when people do wrong by us :-( Definitely one of the main reasons that I prefer dogs over people. Due to our experience I would not recommend him.
