I had VOS do my daycare signage and I was amazed by how poor the quality was. I ordered a very simple sign, white back ground 5x19 ft tall with my logo and the information I need to be on my sign, it is very simple that actually any beginner can do but yet they could not. 1- The logo was tilted to the right and in the wrong place, and it was printed on a poor material that did not transmit light so the logo was so dull and ugly on the signage. 2- the signage had no support of any kind in the middle and it was so wobbly with the wind and concave in a way that no one can read it even if you are standing right in front of the signage. 3- you can easily see the electrical wires behind the signage since they were not covered properly When I asked Firas, the owner of VOS, to correct the above, I was amazed by the attitude I got and how much rude he was. He said that this is the normal way signage should look like and he can't return my money back or correct those mistakes. He also insulted me and my business and called us "crab". The most amazing thing was that he threatened to take off the signage at night and make me beg him to reinstall it back with all the mistakes. I advised him that I might be taking him to court for that, and he said he has been in the country for 18 years and he has 3 lawyers who can help him in that case. If you really respect yourself and your business, STAY AWAY FROM VOS AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am reporting the same to BBB, Edmonton chamber of commerce and of course the court. If you know any other entity I should contact in order to help me stop that got from hurting and conning others, please let me know. Our clinics have done business with VOS for quite some time, including signage, window signs, website design and photography. They have always been excellent to deal with. Great customer service. I was thrilled with our website design, and when we needed something changed immediately, it was done the same day. I will definitely continue to use their services, as I know we can trust them. read more
