I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken. Apple wanted about as much as a new watch would cost to fix it. Aaron's price was fair and he even fixed the crown which had become unresponsive after the screen cracked. We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services.
