I initially brought my iPhone to have the screen repaired, Aaron was honest and and upfront and it's embarrassing to admit but my screen wasn't broken. I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken. Apple wanted about as much as a new watch would cost to fix it. Aaron's price was fair and he even fixed the crown which had become unresponsive after the screen cracked. I've been here twice now, both visits have been more than great. The first visit was for one of microphones not working and the gentleman immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it right away. The second visit was for a screen replacement. The gentleman fixed it and I went home. Over the course of a couple days I noticed the screen was having issues with tracking my touches. I took two iPhones to have fixed. One had a broken home button, the other had a non-functioning battery. The person that fixed them was Aaron. The guy is a BOSS. It took Aaron maybe 20-25 minutes to have both phone finished. It was $83 and change for both repairs, but the best part: I had been having issues with the charging port on my daily iPhone. It would look like it was changing, you look at it wrong and it would stop charging. Aaron asked if he could take a look at it. He took care of it and did not charge me. A total act of kindness!! I will only bring my iPhones here from now on. My family seems to like breaking them, possibly hoping for a new iPhone. Not at upwards of $1000; not happening. This 5 star review is so well deserved. I wish there was a 5 star + or a once a year 6th star yelpers should be able to give when it's really really, really deserved. Aaron from Eazy Computers at this location in Bensalem saved the day on my laptop. I brought it in with a crashed hard drive earlier in the week. He opened it right up, to check which hardware I needed. He looked up the price and quoted me a very fair amount for what I needed. I was already trying to fix the problem myself and had a hard drive in my Prime cart that was eligible for same day delivery. It was about 10 bucks less than Aaron's quote so I shared with him the product info and he confirmed it was the correct hard drive and had no problem installing it if I purchased it myself. Well I wish i just left the laptop there on Tuesday morning because I would've had it back in hand fixed Tuesday night. Instead my same day delivery arrived 4 days later. That said, I brought the laptop back in Saturday afternoon. Aaron remembered me, sensed the now overdue panic and said he could fix it by closing time at 7:00. Well as I sit in the store, it is now almost 8:00 and Aaron stayed open late to finish reinstalling a new OS and the full MS suite. He just completed it and I paid $160 for everything! Beware! Took the ipad in to be repaired due to a crack. After three hours and $110, it was returned to me and looked pretty good. The ipad was in a military case and a phone dropped on the screen and oops it cracked again; its a plastic flip-phone people, not a brick or hammer, I expect it to hold up to normal wear and tear. So my husband called, no response, he took this back and asked the owner/tech to take a look and the tech wouldn't even have a conversation, he told my husband that there was a point of impact so there was nothing that he could do. This is the epitome of bad customer service. Consumer beware. read more

Went to this place solely because of the reviews on here. I did call a few other places and their prices were similar. I had my sons iPad screen replaced. So far it's been working perfectly and I have no complaints with the quality. My only complaint is that I was told it would take approximately 3 hours. At just about the 3 hour mark the guy called and said it would be another hour or so. This only annoyed me because I was sick and instead of going home I wasted time hanging around. I had a bricked iPhone 6 plus a year and 3 months old, Never dropped it, never got wet, used a OtterBox case. After a software update it started to restart by itself then one morning it would not come on at all. Apple said it was a hardware issue and out of warranty after a year so I could buy a replacement for $400. I still owed AT&T $25 a month for a year on the phone and Apple wanted $400 more. I went to easy computers after breaking my iPhone screen, they have better prices than other places I've seen, and the staff was excellent!

They replaced my cracked Samsung Note 4 screen and it looks brand new. The only down side is I called to ask how long it would take and they said 24 hours but it took more. Also yelp offered a discount for easy computer and Iphone repair pay $10 and get a $20 credit, I thought it was an amazing deal. I purchased 3 in hope to save some money and before I left I asked the sales person if I could use them all at once and he agreed and said that I could pay when I picked up my phone; when I picked up my phone he looked confused when I handed him the three papers for $60 and told me he could only accept one. Now I have $40 in credit that expires in a year and no use for them at all. I am extremely disappointed and I am not sure if I will return if anything would happen to any of my electronics in the future. read more
