Johnny and his colleague Matthew Nicely explained my options clearly and started with a polite but firm letter to the defendant. She refused to cooperate and delayed as much as she could for over a year. Johnny and Matt were finally able to convince the defendant to move out and we listed the property for sale. It sold over one weekend and after additional delays and negotiations, we were able to divide up the proceeds. Horrible law firm! communication is extremely poor! it's been almost a year for a simple accident…read more Nobody at the office knows what's going on. if you wanna speak to the actual lawyer you have to wait weeks on end to be able to speak to him. When you do get the chance to speak to him the information is bland. If the settlement might have been bigger then the communc and urgency would have been better I'm not sure. I would not recommend this firm. now I see why the other lawyer that was handling our case in the beginning left the firm. oh ya n when she left weren't informed for weeks and had to call ourselves to get updates. Very very poor service!
