Knowing that it would be a while before we actually made the move, he took the time to set me up on the listings page and would send weekly updated for us to review. The Covid-19 pandemic forced me to work from home and once I received word we would be working from home for at least till after next summer we moved up our moving plans. We put our home up for sale in Indiana and it took most of the summer to sell. Once we got an accepted offer, we scheduled a week in the Tampa to look at homes. Jonathan met us the day after we arrived and had set up several homes that were on our watch list. The market was so hot that many homes would go under contract before we could tour them. Jonathan did a great job of rearranging our schedule to see as many homes as we could. We found a home we put a bid on but they took another offer since our house in Indiana had not closed. We were pretty disappointed but Jonathan continued to research homes and found a couple that were just outside of the area we were looking at turned out to be the perfect location for us. The seller was out of state but Jonathan kept the process moving along to get it done in a reasonable timeframe. All through the process Jonathan did a great job of keeping us on track of what we needed to do and went well beyond what any realtor has ever done for us. The seller picked a title company that had many bad reviews and our experience was bad also. Jonathan helped us navigate the many documents and explained many things that the title company should have explained. So glad we had him to guide us through the process!
