There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. The real question is "would we use them again?" and I would say that the answer is that it depends on the price and the mutual understanding of what a deep clean entails. I think that what the service defines it as and what we have experienced before in getting a deep clean from other services were not aligned. two people cannot do a deep clean of a two bed two bath apartment in less than 4 hours, much as one would like to think it could. Things will be missed and customers will not be left satisfied.
