I've been to other places where they pretty much tell you what to do at the beginning and whether you are doing them right or not, they are off to gather their next patient. Not here, they look at how the movement is occurring and correct you or examine why it's not occurring properly. I had already made two trips due to their limited office hours. I also was suppose to get a gel injection. They don't want to go through insurance they want you to fill out a form and a unknown company will call you request your credit card information. Once paid they will send the medicine to the office. You then have to make another appointment each of which cost you more money. If you have money to burn then you should go to this office. After 3 weeks attempting to get medical care from this office I decided to go somewhere else who values their patience.

This is the unrestrained power in the graceful gallop of wild horses, as they discover what it means to be alive! The kind of run that inspires me and fills me with electric excitement as I internalize the possibility of reaching my ultimate goal is not lost after all: running from Dayton to Cincinnati. YES! The staff are constantly sanitizing equipment and replacing the pillow cases on pillows used for table work. #4 The wait time to get in for my first appointment was much shorter than at the medical building I previously used, (and I actually received a phone call offering me an appointment sooner when someone else cancelled.) We use the OT/PT services here and they really hit the weak points for my kiddo. Every week is different and not the same redundancy you get in other therapy centers. They even go outside and do activities, not always indoors! The staff know my child by name which is a huge factor for me, we have spent much time at hospital therapy centers and other practices where she has always just been another file with another therapist who happens to be working. At Synergy you get the same therapist everytime. They definitely care about your progress and take the time needed for your little ones.
