Mr. Ortiz and his crew arrived early, spent time cutting back the overgrown branches and select branches from another tree growing over our fence. They cleaned up immediately. Very friendly and professional. Will recommend Ortiz Tree Service to anyone looking to have their trees trimmed. In fact, my neighbor saw them and asked if they would be able to cut their tree branches over hanging their fence too. They also cut theirs that day after ours. This was the first tree service I called on 6/15 after the bad storm the day before. Arnaldo came…read moreout the same day to give me an estimate, and then came back today to do the work. He went above and beyond what I expected, removing dead branches that were caught on other branches and trimming small branches that might come down in the next storm. He was very kind and wonderful to work with. I will definitely call him in the future if I have the need!
