Carnival Guy Party Rentals is refreshing to work with. Most party rental places in these here parts are pretty much self entitled way overpriced mad at the world type of people. Probably because they were pretty much all that was available for tooooo long. So any Carnival Guy responds quickly, and they are priced very fair, and their polite!!! Loved the bounce houses, loved the people. Just great big smiling faces helping set up and making sure everything is safe. All of the events I've been where there at I see them treat the staff very good and the staff members working with the kids in a very good job I don't know if j would want anyone else for bounce house fun but them!! read more

The story of Carnival Guy Party Rentals began in 2010 when 14-year-old Zach had a simple vision: bring happiness to those in need. As a community project, Zach organized a free carnival for children at the Topeka Rescue Mission. The impact was immediate, and as word spread, people throughout Northeast Kansas began affectionately referring to Zach as the “Carnival Guy.” Officially established in 2012, we have grown from those humble roots into the Midwest's premier event rental company. Today, we proudly serve Topeka, Lawrence, the entire state of Kansas, and neighboring Missouri and Nebraska—delivering everything from backyard bounce houses and foam parties to massive, turnkey corporate festivals for up to 6,000+ guests. I personally spoke with the owner to discuss details and was assured that there was availability on our requested day and time. He told me to text the details and he would be there. On the day of the party he didn't show up at the allotted time of 2 p.m. I called the business number to inquire whether he was running late and was told that he "forgot" about our party. He said that he would have to "pick up the bounce house" but, that he could be there around 3:30 - a half hour after the party started. At 3:30, he still hadn't shown up so, I texted to see if he was close - no answer. I tried calling and texting several times but, my texts and calls went unanswered. Meanwhile, there were a dozen kids at the party who were promised a bounce house and who were very disappointed. This company's bad planning reflected very poorly on, not only them but, me and, I cannot recommend their services.

I rented a the big obstacle course from the Carnival Guy recently. The experience my husband and I had was fantastic. I worked with Heidi and she made the process very easy. They delivered the inflatable a half hour before our event and made sure we knew exactly how to operate. The delivery guys were friendly and very informative. I've dealt with carnival guy a lot really recently. They always do a great job setting everything up in a timely manner and are very polite while doing so. They also take time to make sure everything is set up safely so that no one gets hurt. I would definitely recommend them for any personal or commercial parties/events! read more
